We work primarily with women over the age of 30 who aren’t comfortable in a regular gym.
Most of our ladies have tried gyms in the past and were left frustrated or left feeling clueless about what to do and how to get results.
We don’t train muscle-bound guys or young ones only interested in taking gym selfies!
We are here for ladies who are frustrated and uncomfortable is regular gyms and are looking for a private studio where there are surrounded by like-minded and supportive women
Our premier program with all the benefits of training with a PT. A full coaching program designed to help you hit your goals while training in small groups.
This unique program only runs a few times a year and on specific dates. This is not an ongoing program you can jump into whenever you like
Our Mum and Baby Program where we help you tone up and rebuild your core, while having fun with a supportive group of like-minded women.
